Introduction: We, the Quintana Law Group, A Professional Law Corporation ("QLG"), are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We believe that the best way to protect the privacy of users of www.qlglaw.com or www.quintanalawgroup.com (each a "Site") is to tell you what information we gather and ensure that you understand and consent to QLG’s uses of information you provide. We may occasionally modify the Privacy Policy and will post the revised Privacy Policy on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we use or disclose it. We may let you know via the homepage when this happens but you should check the policy frequently to read the latest Privacy Policy. Please note that the Site contains links to and from other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites. The information practices of those other websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We set out below answers to frequently asked questions regarding QLG’s Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?: When you visit certain parts of the Site, we may ask you for certain information such as contact information, telephone numbers, your email address, your location (e.g. U.S.) and the name of your organization. This information is stored on our database. Subject to the uses of this information to which you have consented, the database enables QLG to provide you with legal articles and information you request from us. We may also use your personal information to track activity on the Site. We do this in order to serve you better as we understand how you and other visitors use the Site. When we collect personal information we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.

We will only use your information for the purposes set out below if you have indicated that you wish us to use your information in this way when submitting the information. Additionally, if at any time you wish us to stop using your information for any or all of the below purposes, please let us know. • market research
  • responding to feedback
  • informing you about our services which may include contacting you by telephone

On a very rare basis, we make mailing information available to vendors for one-time use in marketing items that we believe may be of interest to you. For example, if one of our lawyers authors a legal treatise in an area of interest you have indicated, we may supply the publisher with mailing addresses for use in marketing that specific volume.
