GENERAL:
Mark E. Carrillo, Esq. is of counsel to the Quintana Law Group. Mr. Carrillo’s areas of practice of law include corporate law, corporate reorganization and restructuring, litigation and commercial transactions and workouts.
Mr. Carrillo received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was Shapiro-Cogan Scholarship Recipient. He also earned Bachelor’s degrees in History and Political Science, Cum Laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Carrillo is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice before all California courts, the U.S. District Court, Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
